1. Shipping Policy

Most EA-LIFE products are shipped directly from GMP-compliant, U.S.-based manufacturing and distribution facilities. Depending on the item and production process, order fulfillment may take between 2 to 14 business days.

📦 Production & Delivery Time
Some items are made to order, which can affect turnaround time.
We clearly communicate estimated timelines during checkout and order confirmations.
For time-sensitive needs, we recommend ordering ahead.

📦 Important Address Guidelines
To avoid delivery issues:
Make sure the recipient name matches someone associated with the residence.
If shipping to a friend, relative, or alternate location, include both your name and theirs in the “Company” field at checkout.
When possible, use a PO Box or secure business address to protect products from heat or theft.

📦 Missing or Undelivered Packages
If your package is:
Lost in transit or officially deemed missing by the carrier
→ We will reship or issue a full refund at no additional charge.

Please Note:
We cannot replace packages marked as delivered that are left unattended and damaged by heat or weather. Heat-sensitive products (e.g., gummies or softgels) should be retrieved promptly to maintain quality.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our wellness and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on shipped items.
However, we will offer a full refund or replacement if:
The package is lost in the mail
The product arrives heavily damaged during transit (excluding heat exposure after delivery)

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, changes may not be possible. If the product has not yet entered production, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some products—such as gummies, softgels, or creams—can degrade in heat if left unattended outdoors.
Please monitor tracking closely and retrieve your package promptly.
EA-LIFE is not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure after delivery.
We recommend shipping to secure indoor locations whenever possible.
